Well thought out

A much needed and reasonable approach to this complex subject. Broad in its examination yet focused in its application. Dr. Reimers dispels much of the illogical and indefensible practices that are characterized today as worship and makes a case for worship whose purpose is not to please man but is designed to give glory to God alone.

Gary Reimers provides a well researched, thoroughly Biblical, in-depth look at worship, from understanding the true object of worship, to seeing how all parts of a church service are all about worship. This is a must read - and then spend some time thinking about what you've read and putting it into action.

Reimers is well educated with a very conservative approach to Bible interpretation. He sources his material in exegesis rather than the eisegesis many modern evangelicals are looking for. Worship is the center of the Christian life. It must be done correctly in a corporate and personal setting the God wants.
